How does CRT/CAT work on a cellular level?
Cellular Reiki Therapy (CRT) and Cellular Animal Therapy (CAT) are built on the idea that your body holds its own blueprint for how to function and operate at its healthiest and most aligned way, and that blueprint lives at the cellular level. Right after conception, every living being forms 8 primordial cells. These cells carry the original biological and energetic instructions for how your body was designed to function — healthy, whole, and aligned. CRT and CAT work by reactivating that original blueprint.

Are there any risk or side effects to combining these modalities? Will it interfere with conventional care under doctor/vet?
The short answer is no. The modalities I use in CRT and CAT are gentle, non-invasive, and completely safe. Before any session, I take time to talk with you about your medical history, medications, past injuries, or anything else that’s important so everything is tailored to your body and what it needs. Afterward, it's common to feel lighter, more grounded, or even a little tired as your system resets and starts to release what it’s been holding onto.
This won’t interfere with any care you're already receiving from a doctor or vet. CRT and CAT are not meant to replace medical treatment. They're here to support it. Many of my clients are already working with doctors, physical therapists, or specialists, and they use CRT as a way to strengthen and support everything else they’re doing. If you’re ever unsure, I’m always open to talking it through and making sure we're approaching your healing from every angle.

I don’t consider myself spiritual. Will this still work for me?
Absolutely! You don’t need to be spiritual or religious to benefit from CRT and CAT because it's not based on belief. It's based on biology, nervous system function, cellular health, and energy, which we all have whether we believe in it or not. Everything we use in session has a physical effect on the body. You don’t have to believe in energy to feel your stress levels drop or your symptoms shift after a session. It’s just about supporting the systems your body already relies on, we’re just doing it with specific healing tools with a little more intention.
Is this just a placebo or is something actually happening in the body?
This is absolutely a real process with measurable effects on the body!

PEMF therapy, which is one of the tools I use in CRT and CAT, is FDA-cleared for things like improving circulation, reducing pain, and promoting muscle and tissue recovery. It works by delivering low-level electromagnetic pulses that help recharge your cells and support natural repair.

Vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) is also FDA-approved for clinical use and has been widely studied for its impact on nervous system regulation, especially in conditions related to anxiety, depression, and inflammation. It helps shift your body out of fight-or-flight and into a state where healing can actually happen.

I don’t use a one-size-fits-all plan because every body functions differently. My wellness coaching is layered into the CRT process because your lifestyle and nutrition is just as important as your physical and energetic health. We look at your symptoms, stress levels, routines, mindset, and your body's specific energy patterns. Then I create strategies that feel doable in your life, whether you're juggling kids, suffering from digestive complications, or just trying to feel like yourself again. This isn’t about restriction or perfection. It’s about helping you feel better with practical tools like nutrition guidance, daily routines, nervous system resets, and wellness habits that actually stick.
You’re supported as a whole person, not just a checklist of symptoms.
Can CRT be done virtually?
Yes! Virtual sessions are available and are just as effective, especially with the energetic components and wellness coaching. I’ll guide you through each step, and you’ll still receive personalized recommendations after every session.
