About 80% of women today struggle with low self-confidence and low self-esteem all due to society’s standards of women, our personal experiences, and our relationships with ourselves and with others. Sometimes when we don’t feel good about ourselves, we don’t take good care of ourselves. And when we're not okay and well, we can’t take care of others that depend on us.


It’s hard to make mindful decisions when we're just trying to survive and that could sometimes lead to more serious issues later on down the road if not dealt with sooner.

I can help you with overcoming barriers with grace and confidence, like a MissFit, so you can live your best life! We’ll set the goals that you want to achieve and I’ll be your guide to helping you bridge the gap that’s paved with mindful wellness habits that are specific to you. 



Working with a wellness coach is a real investment in yourself because you’re able to establish lifestyle changes easier and know how to maintain that kind of lifestyle long-term. You and I will focus on all of the elements in your life and creating ways to balance and harmonize each of them. We'll take a look at your day-to-day and weekly routines to find ways that are practical and realistic for you to weave mindful wellness habits into your lifestyle. I’ll help you navigate through your personalized plan as your coach, and your accountability friend.
